It's Tuesday, and that means a Teaser!

I am particularly excited about this Teaser Tuesday. Why? Well I am glad you asked.
I have started "The Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins and am loving it. I have been meaning to read this series for a while but just never got around to buying it. Last week I did and finalllllly started it last night.

So here is my teaser:

"Unfortunately, the packet of cookies hits the ground and bursts open in a patch of dandelions by the track. I only see the image for a moment, because the train is off again, but it's enough. Enough to remind me of that other dandelion in the school yard years ago..."- The Hunger Games p. 49

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
Grab your current read, open to a random page, & share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
